جس کا دل قائم ہے تْو اْسے سلامت رکھے گا کیونکہ اْس کا توکل تجھ پر ہے۔
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
1۔ پس اے بھائیو۔ مَیں خدا کی رحمتیں یاد دلا کر تم سے التماس کرتا ہوں کہ اپنے بدن ایسی قربانی ہونے کے لئے نذر کرو جو زندہ اور پاک اور خدا کو پسندیدہ ہو۔ یہی تمہاری معقول عبادت ہے۔
2۔اور اس جہان کے ہمشکل نہ بنو بلکہ عقل نئی ہوجانے سے اپنی صورت بدلتے جاؤ تاکہ خدا کی نیک اور پسندیدہ اور کامل مرضی تجربہ سے معلوم کرتے رہو۔
3۔ میں اْس توفیق کی وجہ سے جو مجھ کو ملی ہے تم میں سے ہر ایک سے کہتا ہوں کہ جیسا سمجھنا چاہیے اْس سے زیادہ کوئی اپنے آپ کو نہ سمجھے بلکہ جیسا خدا نے ہر ایک کو اندازہ کے موافق ایمان تقسیم کیا ہے اعتدال کے ساتھ اپنے کو ویسا ہی سمجھے۔
14۔ مگر نفسانی آدمی خدا کے روح کی باتیں قبول نہیں کرتا کیونکہ وہ اْس کے نزدیک بے وقوفی کی باتیں ہیں اور نہ وہ اْنہیں سمجھ سکتا ہے کیونکہ وہ روحانی طور پر پرکھی جاتی ہیں۔
15۔ لیکن روحانی شخص سب باتوں کو پرکھ لیتا ہے مگر خود کسی سے پرکھا نہیں جاتا۔
16۔ خدا کی عقل کو کس نے جانا ہے کہ اْس کو تعلیم دے سکے؟ مگر ہم میں مسیح کی عقل ہے۔
1. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3. For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
14. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
16. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

1۔پس اگر کچھ تسلی مسیح میں اور محبت کی دلجمعی اور روح کی شراکت اور رحم دلی اور درد مندی ہے۔
2۔تو میری یہ خوشی پوری کرو کہ یک دل رہو۔ یکساں محبت رکھو۔ایک جان ہو۔ ایک ہی خیال رکھو۔
3۔ تفرقے اور بے جا فخر کے باعث کچھ نہ کرو بلکہ فروتنی اور ایک دوسرے کو اپنے سے بہتر سمجھو۔
4۔ ہر ایک اپنے ہی احوال پر نہیں بلکہ ایک دوسرے کے احوال پر بھی نظر رکھے۔
5۔ ویسا ہی مزاج رکھو جیسا مسیح یسوع کا تھا۔
6۔ اْس نے اگرچہ خدا کی صورت پر تھا خدا کے برابر ہونے کو قبضہ میں رکھنے کی چیز نہ سمجھا۔
7۔ بلکہ اپنے آپ کو خالی کر دیا اور خادم کی صورت اختیار کی اور انسانوں کے مشابہ ہو گیا۔
8۔ اور انسانی شکل میں ظاہر ہو کر اپنے آپ کو پست کردیااور یہاں تک فرمانبردار رہا کہ موت بلکہ صلیبی موت گوارا کی۔
9۔ اِسی واسطے خدا نے بھی اْسے بہت سر بلند کیا اور اْسے وہ نام بخشا جو سب ناموں سے اعلیٰ ہے۔
10۔ تاکہ یسوع کے نام پر ہر ایک گھٹنا جھْکے۔ خواہ آسمانیوں کا ہو خواہ زمینیوں کا۔ خواہ اْن کا ہو جو زمین کے نیچے ہیں۔
11۔ اور خدا باپ کے جلال کے لئے ہر ایک زبا ن اقرار کرے کہ یسوع مسیح خداوند ہے۔
12۔ اس لئے، اے میرے عزیزو! جس طرح تم ہمیشہ سے فرمانبرداری کرتے آئے ہو اْسی طرح اب بھی نہ صرف میری حاضری میں بلکہ اْس سے بہت زیادہ میری غیر حاضری میں ڈرتے اور کانپتے ہوئے اپنی نجات کا کام کرتے جاؤ۔
13۔ کیونکہ جو تم میں نیت اور عمل دونوں کو اپنے نیک ارادہ کو انجام دینے کے لئے پیدا کرتا ہے وہ خدا ہے۔
1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,
2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
23۔ اور یسوع تمام گلیل میں پھرتا رہا اور اْن کے عبادتخانوں میں تعلیم دیتا اور بادشاہی کی خوشخبری کی منادی کرتا اور لوگوں کی ہر طرح کی بیماری اور ہر طرح کی کمزوری کو دور کرتا رہا۔
24۔ اور اْس کی شہرت تمام سوریہ میں پھیل گئی اور لوگ سب بیماروں کو جو طرح طرح کی بیماریوں اور تکلیفوں میں گرفتار تھے اور اْن کو جن میں بد روحیں تھیں اور مرگی والوں اور مفلوجوں کو اْس کے پاس لائے اور اْس نے اْن کو اچھا کیا۔
23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.
1۔اور وہ جھیل کے پار گراسینیوں کے علاقہ میں پہنچے۔
2۔اور جب وہ کشتی سے اْترا تو فی الفور ایک آدمی جس میں ناپاک روح تھی قبروں سے نکل کر اْس سے ملا۔
3۔وہ قبروں میں رہا کرتا تھا اور اب کوئی اْسے زنجیروں سے بھی نہ باندھ سکتا تھا۔
4۔ کیونکہ اْس نے اربوں بیڑیوں اور زنجیروں کو توڑا اور بھیڑیوں کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کیا تھا اور کوئی اْسے قابو میں نہ لا سکتا تھا۔
5۔ اور وہ ہمیشہ رات دن قبروں اور پہاڑوں میں چِلاتا اور اپنے تئیں پتھروں سے زخمی کرتا تھا۔
6۔ وہ یسوع کو دور سے دیکھ کر دوڑا اور اْسے سجدہ کیا۔
7۔ اور بڑی آواز سے چِلا کر کہا اے یسوع خدا تعالیٰ کے فرزند مجھے تجھ سے کیا کام؟ تجھے خدا کی قسم دیتا ہوں مجھے عذاب میں نہ ڈال۔
8۔ کیونکہ اْس نے اْس سے کہا تھا اے ناپاک روح اِس آدمی میں سے نکل آ۔
9۔ پھر اْس نے اْس سے پوچھا تیرا نام کیا ہے؟ اْس نے اْس سے کہا میرا نام لشکر ہے کیونکہ ہم بہت ہیں۔
10۔ پھر اْس نے اْس کی بہت مِنت کی کہ ہمیں اِس علاقہ سے باہر نہ بھیج۔
11۔ اور وہاں پہاڑ پر سوروں کا ایک بڑا غول چر رہا تھا۔
12۔ پس انہوں نے اْس کی مِنت کر کے کہا کہ ہم کو اْن سوروں میں بھیج دے تاکہ ہم اْن میں داخل ہوں۔
13۔ پس اْس نے اْن کو اجازت دی اور ناپاک روحیں نکل کر سوروں میں داخل ہو گئیں اور وہ غول جو کوئی دو ہزار کا تھا کڑاڑے پر سے جھپٹ کر جھیل میں جا پڑا اور جھیل میں ڈوب گیا۔
14۔ اور اْن کے چرانے والوں نے بھاگ کر شہر اور دیہات میں خبر پہنچائی۔
15۔ پس لوگ یہ ماجرہ دیکھنے کو نکل کر یسوع کے پاس آئے اور جس میں بدروحیں یعنی بدروحوں کا لشکر تھا۔ اْس کو بیٹھے اور کپڑے پہنے اور ہوش میں دیکھ کر ڈر گئے۔
16۔ اور دیکھنے والوں نے اْس کا حال جس میں بدروحیں تھیں اور سوروں کا ماجرہ اْن سے بیان کیا۔
1 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.
2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.
10 And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.
11 Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.
12 And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.
13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.
14 And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.
15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
16 And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine.
1۔ خدا ہماری پناہ اور قوت ہے۔ مصیبت میں مْستعد مددگار۔
2۔ اس لئے ہم کو کچھ خوف نہیں خواہ زمین اْلٹ جائے۔ اور پہاڑ سمندر کی تہہ میں ڈال دئیے جائیں۔
3۔ خواہ اْس کا پانی شور مچائے اور موجزن ہو اور پہاڑ اْس کی طْغیانی سے ہل جائیں۔
4۔ ایک ایسا دریا ہے جس کی شاخوں سے خدا کے شہر کو یعنی حق تعالیٰ کے مقدس مسکن کو فرحت ہوتی ہے۔
5۔ خدا اْس میں ہے۔ اْسے کبھی جْنبش نہ ہوگی۔ خدا صبح سویرے اْس کی کْمک کرے گا۔
6۔ قومیں جھْنجھلائیں۔سلطنوں نے جْنبش کھائی۔ وہ بول اٹھا۔زمین پگھل گئی۔
7۔ لشکروں کا خداوند ہمارے ساتھ ہے۔ یعقوب کا خدا ہماری پناہ ہے۔
8۔ آؤ خداوند کے کاموں کو دیکھیں۔
9۔ وہ زمین کی انتہا تک جنگ موقوف کرتا ہے۔ وہ کمان کو توڑتا اور نیزے کے ٹکڑے کر ڈالتاہے۔ وہ رتھوں کو آگ سے جلا دیتا ہے۔
10۔ خاموش ہو جاؤ اور جان لو کہ میں خدا ہوں۔ مَیں قوموں کے درمیان سر بلند ہوں گا۔
11۔ لشکروں کا خداوند ہمارے ساتھ ہے۔ یعقوب کا خدا ہماری پناہ ہے۔
1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof.
4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.
8 Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.
15۔۔۔۔ اور مسیح کا اطمینان جس کے لئے تم ایک بدن ہوکر بلائے بھی گئے ہو تمہارے دلوں پر حکومت کرے اور تم شکرگزار رہو۔
15 …let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
5۔ اور خدا صبر اور تسلی کا چشمہ تم کو یہ توفیق دے کہ مسیح یسوع کے مطابق آپس میں یک دل رہو۔
6۔ تاکہ تم یک دل اور یک زبان ہو کر ہمارے خداوند یسوع مسیح کے خدا اور باپ کی تمجید کرو۔
13۔ پس خدا جو امید کا چشمہ ہے تمہیں ایمان رکھنے کے باعث ساری خوشی اور اطمینان سے معمور کرے تاکہ روح القدس کی قدرت سے تمہاری امید زیادہ ہوتی جائے۔
5 Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
6 That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
لا متناہی عقل ابدیت کے ذہنی مالیکیول کی طرف سے سب کو خلق کرتی اور اْن پر حکومت کرتی ہے۔
Infinite Mind creates and governs all,
سوال: عقل کیا ہے؟
جواب: عقل خدا ہے۔غلطی کو نیست کرنے والی اعلیٰ سچائی خدا یعنی اچھائی واحد عقل ہے اور یہ کہ لامحدود عقل کی جعلی مخالف، جسے شیطان یا بدی کہا جاتا ہے، عقل نہیں، سچائی نہیں بلکہ غلطی ہے، جو حقیقت اور ذہانت سے عاری ہے۔یہاں صرف ایک ہی عقل ہوسکتی ہے کیونکہ یہاں صرف ایک خدا کے سوا کوئی نہیں؛ لیکن اگر بشر کسی دوسری عقل کا دعویٰ نہیں کرتے اور کسی دوسرے کو نہیں مانتے، تو گناہ نامعلوم رہے گا۔ ہمارے ہاں صرف ایک عقل ہو سکتی ہے اگر وہ لامحدود ہے تو۔ جب ہم یہ قبول کرتے ہیں کہ اگرچہ خدا لامحدود ہے لیکن بدی اِس لامحدودیت میں ایک مقام رکھتی ہے تو ہم لامحدودیت کے فہم کو دفن کر تے ہیں، کیونکہ جہاں سارا خلا خدا کی بدولت بھرپور ہو وہاں بدی کے لئے کوئی جگہ نہیں ہو سکتی۔
جب ہم یہ تسلیم کر لیتے ہیں کہ خدا، یا اچھائی، ہر جا موجود اور ساری طاقت رکھتا ہے تو ہم قادر مطلق کے بلند مفہوم کو کھو دیتے ہیں، ہم ابھی بھی یہ مانتے ہیں کہ شیطان نامی ایک اور طاقت موجود ہے۔ یہ ایمان کہ ایک سے زیادہ عقل موجود ہیں الٰہی تھیالوجی کے لئے اس قدر تباہ کن ہے جتنی قدیم دیو مالائی کہانیاں اور غیر قوموں کی بْت پرستی ہے۔ ایک باپ،حتیٰ کے خدا،کے ساتھ انسان کا پورا خاندان بھائی ہوں گے اور ایک عقل اور خدا، یا اچھائی کے ساتھ انسان کا بھائی چارہ محبت اور سچائی پر اور اصول اور روحانی قوت پر مشتمل ہو گا جو الٰہی سائنس کو قائم کرتے ہیں۔ ایک سے زیادہ عقل کی فرضی موجودگی بت پرستی کی غلطی پر بنیاد رکھتی تھی۔اس غلطی نے روحانی قوت کی گمشدگی کو، زندگی کی روحانی موجودگی کو ایک عدم احتمال سے مبرا لامتناہی سچائی کے طور پراور بطور ازلی اور عالگیر محبت کی گمشدگی کو فرض کر لیاہے۔
الٰہی سائنس درج ذیل خود عیاں تجویز کے ذریعے اِس خیالی بیان کو واضح کرتی ہے کہ عقل ایک ہے: اگر خدا، یا نیکی حقیقی ہے تو بدی، خدا کی غیر مشابہت بھی غیر حقیقی ہے۔ اور بدی محض غیر حقیقی کو حقیقت کا روپ دینے سے ہی حقیقی دکھائی دے سکتی ہے۔ خدا کے فرزندوں کے پاس ایک عقل کے علاوہ کچھ نہیں۔جب خدا، انسان کی عقل، کبھی گناہ نہیں کرتا تو اچھائی بدی میں کیسے تبدیل ہو سکتی ہے؟ بنیادی طور پر کاملیت کا معیار خدا اور انسان تھا۔ کیا خدا نے اپنا خود کا معیار گرا لیا ہے اور انسان گناہ میں گر گیا ہے؟
خدا انسان کا خالق ہے، اور انسان کا الٰہی اصول کامل ہونے سے الٰہی خیال یا عکس یعنی انسان کامل ہی رہتا ہے۔ انسان خدا کی ہستی کا ظہور ہے۔ اگر کوئی ایسا لمحہ تھا جب انسان نے الٰہی کاملیت کا اظہار نہیں کیا تو یہ وہ لمحہ تھا جب انسان نے خدا کو ظاہر نہیں کیا، اور نتیجتاً یہ ایک ایسا وقت تھا جب الوہیت یعنی وجود غیر متوقع تھا۔ اگر انسان نے اپنی کاملیت کھو دی ہے تو اْس نے اپنا کامل اصول، الٰہی عقل کھو دی ہے۔ اگر انسان اس کامل اصول یا عقل کے بغیر کبھی وجود رکھتا تھا تو پھر انسان کی وجودیت ایک فرضی داستان ہی تھی۔
Question. — What is Mind?
Answer. — Mind is God. The exterminator of error is the great truth that God, good, is the only Mind, and that the supposititious opposite of infinite Mind — called devil or evil — is not Mind, is not Truth, but error, without intelligence or reality. There can be but one Mind, because there is but one God; and if mortals claimed no other Mind and accepted no other, sin would be unknown. We can have but one Mind, if that one is infinite. We bury the sense of infinitude, when we admit that, although God is infinite, evil has a place in this infinity, for evil can have no place, where all space is filled with God.
We lose the high signification of omnipotence, when after admitting that God, or good, is omnipresent and has all-power, we still believe there is another power, named evil. This belief that there is more than one mind is as pernicious to divine theology as are ancient mythology and pagan idolatry. With one Father, even God, the whole family of man would be brethren; and with one Mind and that God, or good, the brotherhood of man would consist of Love and Truth, and have unity of Principle and spiritual power which constitute divine Science. The supposed existence of more than one mind was the basic error of idolatry. This error assumed the loss of spiritual power, the loss of the spiritual presence of Life as infinite Truth without an unlikeness, and the loss of Love as ever present and universal.
Divine Science explains the abstract statement that there is one Mind by the following self-evident proposition: If God, or good, is real, then evil, the unlikeness of God, is unreal. And evil can only seem to be real by giving reality to the unreal. The children of God have but one Mind. How can good lapse into evil, when God, the Mind of man, never sins? The standard of perfection was originally God and man. Has God taken down His own standard, and has man fallen?
God is the creator of man, and, the divine Principle of man remaining perfect, the divine idea or reflection, man, remains perfect. Man is the expression of God's being. If there ever was a moment when man did not express the divine perfection, then there was a moment when man did not express God, and consequently a time when Deity was unexpressed — that is, without entity. If man has lost perfection, then he has lost his perfect Principle, the divine Mind. If man ever existed without this perfect Principle or Mind, then man's existence was a myth.
شعور، اس کے ساتھ ساتھ عمل بھی، عقل کی حکمرانی میں ہے،خدا میں ہے، جو اْس سب کا آغاز اور حکمران ہے جسے سائنس ظاہر کرتی ہے۔
Consciousness, as well as action, is governed by Mind, — is in God, the origin and governor of all that Science reveals.
یہ بات اندراج میں ہے کہ ایک بار یسوع نے ایک بیماری کا نام پوچھا، ایسی بیماری جسے آج کے جدید دور میں ڈیمنشیا کہا جاتا ہے۔ شیطان یا بد روح نے جواب دیا کہ اْس کا نام لشکر تھا۔ وہیں یسوع نے اْس بدروح کو باہر نکالا، اور پاگل شخص تبدیل ہو گیا اور وہ تندرست ہوگیا۔ کلام یہ ظاہر کرتا ہوا دکھائی دیتا ہے کہ یسوع شیطان کو خود ظاہر ہونے اور پھر نیست ہونے کا موجب بنا۔
ساری بیماری کی میسر وجہ اور بنیاد خوف، لاعلمی یا گناہ ہے۔ بیماری ہمیشہ غلط فہم کی بدولت ترغیب پاتی ہے جو شعوری طور پر منظور کی جاتی ہے نہ کہ تباہ کی جاتی ہے۔بیماری خارجی خیال کی ایک شبیہ ہے۔ ذہنی حالت کو مادی حالت کہا جاتا ہے۔ مادی عقل میں جو کچھ بھی جسمانی حالت کے طور پر عزیز سمجھا جاتا ہے اْس کی شبیہ جسم کے سامنے لائی جاتی ہے۔
It is recorded that once Jesus asked the name of a disease, — a disease which moderns would call dementia. The demon, or evil, replied that his name was Legion. Thereupon Jesus cast out the evil, and the insane man was changed and straightway became whole. The Scripture seems to import that Jesus caused the evil to be self-seen and so destroyed.
The procuring cause and foundation of all sickness is fear, ignorance, or sin. Disease is always induced by a false sense mentally entertained, not destroyed. Disease is an image of thought externalized. The mental state is called a material state. Whatever is cherished in mortal mind as the physical condition is imaged forth on the body.
ناقابل فہم عقل ایاں ہوتی ہے۔ لامحدود محبت کی گہرائی، چوڑائی، لمبائی، طاقت، عظمت اور جلال سارے خلا کو پر کردیتے ہیں۔ یہی کافی ہے!
جو کچھ وجود رکھتا ہے انسانی زبان اْس کا صرف ایک لامحدود حصہ دوہرا سکتی ہے۔ اْس کے اپنے لامحدود اصول، محبت کی نسبت مکمل طور پر خیالی انسان دوسرے انسانوں کی طرف سے نہ زیادہ دیکھا جاتا اور نہ ہی سمجھا جاتا ہے۔اصول اور اْس کا خیال یعنی انسان، باہم وجود رکھتے اور ابدی ہیں۔
کیونکہ عقل سب کچھ بناتی ہے، اِس لئے کچھ ایسا باقی نہیں رہتا جو نچلی طاقت پیدا کرتی ہو۔ روح، انسان کے لئے فصل کو قابلِ کاشت بنانے کا وسیلہ بنتے ہوئے، مگر اْسے مٹی سے برتر بناتے ہوئے، عقل کی سائنس کے وسیلہ عمل کرتی ہے۔ اِس کا علم انسان کو مٹی سے اوپر، زمین اور اْس کے ماحول کے اوپر، شعوری روحانی ہم آہنگی اور ابدی وجود کی طرف لے جاتا ہے۔
Unfathomable Mind is expressed. The depth, breadth, height, might, majesty, and glory of infinite Love fill all space. That is enough! Human language can repeat only an infinitesimal part of what exists. The absolute ideal, man, is no more seen nor comprehended by mortals, than is his infinite Principle, Love. Principle and its idea, man, are coexistent and eternal.
Because Mind makes all, there is nothing left to be made by a lower power. Spirit acts through the Science of Mind, never causing man to till the ground, but making him superior to the soil. Knowledge of this lifts man above the sod, above earth and its environments, to conscious spiritual harmony and eternal being.
سائنس نہ صرف سب بیماریوں کا منبع دماغی قرار دیتی ہے بلکہ یہ بھی واضح کرتی ہے کہ سب بیماریاں الٰہی عقل سے شفا پاتی ہیں۔اس عقل کے علاوہ کسی اور چیز سے شفا نہیں ہوتی، خواہ ہم کتنا ہی کسی دوا یا اس حوالے سے کسی ذرائع پر بھروسہ کیوں نہ کرتے ہوں جس کی طرف انسانی کوشش یا ایمان راہنمائی دیتا ہے۔مادیت سے جو کچھ بھی بیمار کو حاصل ہوتا دکھائی دیتا ہے یہ فانی عقل ہی ہے جو اْس کے لئے لاتی ہے نہ کہ مادا لاتا ہے۔لیکن بیمار الٰہی طاقت کے علاوہ کسی اور چیز سے شفا نہیں پاتے۔ صرف سچائی، زندگی اور محبت کے کام ہم آہنگی لا سکتے ہیں۔
Science not only reveals the origin of all disease as mental, but it also declares that all disease is cured by divine Mind. There can be no healing except by this Mind, however much we trust a drug or any other means towards which human faith or endeavor is directed. It is mortal mind, not matter, which brings to the sick whatever good they may seem to receive from materiality. But the sick are never really healed except by means of the divine power. Only the action of Truth, Life, and Love can give harmony.
سچائی ایک نئی مخلوق بناتی ہے، جس میں پرانی چیزیں جاتی رہتی ہیں اور ”سب چیزیں نئی ہو جاتی ہیں۔“
Truth makes a new creature, in whom old things pass away and "all things are become new."

The necessity for uplifting the race is father to the fact that Mind can do it; for Mind can impart purity instead of impurity, strength instead of weakness, and health instead of disease. Truth is an alterative in the entire system, and can make it "every whit whole."

Maintain the facts of Christian Science, — that Spirit is God, and therefore cannot be sick; that what is termed matter cannot be sick; that all causation is Mind, acting through spiritual law. Then hold your ground with the unshaken understanding of Truth and Love, and you will win.
بیماری کے پہلے یا بعد والے مرحلے پر اندھا اور پرسکون اعتماد کرنے کی بجائے اِن کے خلاف بغاوت میں اْٹھ کھڑے ہوں۔ اِس یقین کو ختم کر دیں کہ آپ اْس ایک داخل ہونے والے درد کا علاج کر سکتے ہیں جو عقل کی طاقت سے تلف نہیں کیا جا سکتا، اور یوں آپ جسم میں درد کے بڑھنے کو روک سکتے ہیں۔ خدا کا کوئی قانون اِس نتیجے میں رکاوٹ نہیں بنتا۔
Instead of blind and calm submission to the incipient or advanced stages of disease, rise in rebellion against them. Banish the belief that you can possibly entertain a single intruding pain which cannot be ruled out by the might of Mind, and in this way you can prevent the development of pain in the body. No law of God hinders this result.
